Orders $70 and Over 

Standard shipping within the the contiguous US is free on all orders $70 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5-9 business days after the order is placed. (*Not applicable for shipping to Canada)

Orders Less Than $70

Standard shipping within the contiguous US, a flat shipping rate of $6.99 will apply.

*Parnellbeauty.com is a dedicated website for our US and Canada customers. We only ship orders placed within the continental United States and Canada. Unfortunately, shipping is not available to the Alaska, America Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rica, and U.S Virgin Islands at the current time.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Shipping countries on our website are limited to the US and Canada. 
  2. Only USPS or UPS are available for shipping. 
  3. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are leived once the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that import taxes, duties and customs fees are totally the buyer's responsibility. 
  4. Please note that during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.

 

TRACKING ORDER 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The confirmation email will include all shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number stated on the email. 

To track an order on parnellbeauty.com, find "order tracking" on the "About" menu. You can simply click here to track your order. 

FREIGHT FORWARDERS

If a freight forwarding service is used to ship items internationally, we are not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to products after they have been delivered to the freight forwarding address in the US. We will not povide an exchange, replacement, or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the US by using freight forwarding service. 



FAQ

1. My order was shipped but I have not received it.

If order is marked as delivered but you still do not have your products, a few things may have occurred:
- Your delivery person may have put your package somewhere discreet for security.
- Your delivery person marked your package as delivered 1-2 business days in advance, and the package may still be on its way– we recommend waiting 48 hours from receiving a delivery confirmation before submitting a claim.
- A neighbor, roommate, or doorman may have accepted the package for you.


If none of the above apply and you cannot find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and has not shown up after 3-4 business days, please reach out to UPS/USPS with the tracking number with following methods:

    Let them know you did not receive your package and follow up with their recipient claim process. Once this is complete, please let us know by reaching out to cs@lummir.us.

     

    2. One or more items are missing from my order. 

    We are sorry we left out a product from your order.
    Please email customer service at cs@lummir.us, as soon as possible. Please include “missing product” in the subject line and in the body of the email include the following details:

    • your name, order number, and the product(s) missing from your order
